When you return a Product to us:
Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period in accordance with our online returns terms and conditions, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you unless the delivery charge also included other products which have not been cancelled. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
The Contract may not be cancelled outside the seven-day cooling-off period unless the product is defective.
Outside of the initial online seven day cooling-off period, if you claim that the product is defective, we will examine the returned product to confirm the defect identified by you. We will then contact you to discuss the next steps and agree a course of remedy. If a refund is applicable we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. You will only be refunded delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us at our discretion.
If you purchased your item in-store, you are covered by our 7 day guarantee. If you change your mind and wish to return the item you must do so within 7 days of purchase. The item should be in the same condition as purchased and it should returned, in its original packaging and with the receipt, to the store that you bought it from. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. All of our items carry a 7 day money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the same mint condition as received. If you do not wish to keep the undefective item, you must return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the purchase price (you get full credit for merchandise, but not shipping cost). If you return merchandise that originally qualified for free shipping, you will be credited the purchase price less the shipping costs that were incurred on the original shipment. Items returned after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Special order items that are not listed on our website will not be returnable.
We offer 7 days for refunds. As long shears are not used, scratched, damaged or dropped. As long we re-stock and re-sell them as new shears. You have to contact us within 7 business days for refunds. If you pass 7 days, you can only ask for repairs, exchange or warranty claims. NO RETURNS FOR REFUNDS after 7 business days.
We offer lifetime Warranty for our hair shears if they have any manufacturing faults like bad tension screw bumper stoppers or any shears parts. Any unauthorized repairs may void the lifetime warranty.
We offer 60 days Blade warranty. For example if they are dull, fold, push or bend hair within 60 days we either repair or replace the shears. If you drop the shears and it damage within 60 days the blade costs $35 or re-sharpening. Or if you pass 60 days blade warranty time it will cost onetime fee of $35.

In our school discount program we offer a lifetime warranty on the working components of your shear and 60 days warranty for the blades. We do not accept returns in our discount program.
In the process of placing an order we collect customers’ e-mail addresses and a home address. We do not sell or share that information with anyone.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual jewelry size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images.
